By creating an account and using INOSAKI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Use the platform for commercial or promotional purposes
• Attempt to bypass our safety or security features
• Share personal contact information before establishing trust
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our services

Credits & Payments

• Credits are used for sending messages on the platform.
• 1 credit = 1 message sent.
• Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits may be transferred between users.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with notice.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: harassment, spam, fake profiles, or illegal activity. In cases of extended inactivity (4+ weeks), preference data may be reset.

Limitation of Liability

INOSAKI provides a platform for connection but is not responsible for the conduct of its users. You use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from interactions with other users.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

While we work hard to keep INOSAKI safe, your safety ultimately starts with you. Follow these guidelines to protect yourself online and offline.

Online Safety

• Keep personal info private: Don't share your home address, workplace, financial details, or other sensitive information.
• Use the app to chat: Keep conversations on INOSAKI until you feel comfortable. We can help if something goes wrong.
• Verify profiles: Look for verified badges. Video chat before meeting to confirm identity.
• Report suspicious behavior: If someone asks for money, makes you uncomfortable, or seems fake, report them immediately.
• Watch for red flags: Love bombing, moving too fast, inconsistent stories, or refusing to video chat are warning signs.

Meeting In Person

• Meet in public places: Choose busy coffee shops, restaurants, or parks for first meetings.
• Tell someone you trust: Share your plans, location, and date's information with a friend.
• Arrange your own transport: Don't rely on your date for rides to/from the meeting.
• Stay sober and aware: Limit alcohol intake and stay alert to your surroundings.
• Trust your gut: If something feels wrong, leave immediately. You don't owe anyone an explanation.

What to Report

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Fake profiles or impersonation
• Request for money or financial assistance
• Inappropriate or explicit content
• Underage users
• Suspicious or dangerous behavior

Spotting Bots & Scammers

• Poor grammar or repetitive messages
• Refusing to video chat or meet
• Quickly moving to WhatsApp or other platforms
• Romantic declarations early in conversation
• Stories about emergencies needing money
